He is extremely responsive, he knows the market better than anyone, and he is committed to serving his clients to the best of his abilities. Billy helped us sell our house in the winter of 2019. The other agent we considered was unresponsive, the agent recommended listing our house under our purchase price because that person didnt know the market, and the agent charged double Billys fees.
