I am married and have a wonderful real estate partner in my husband, Roger. We have four children ranging in age from 34-44 years old. We have six wonderful , beautiful (I would love to tell you about them) Grandchildren. I have always worked and made whatever I do a joy. After our children were out of college, we traveled to various work locations with my husband's job with the last two stays being in Monterrey, Mexico and Atlanta, Georgia. It was while in Atlanta that I started my real estate career. My very first year, I was named Rookie of the Year in the state of Georgia. I won numerous awards as outstanding listing and buyer's agent. After being in Atlanta learning the business, and building a very successful business, we relocated back to Winchester, Tennessee, our original hometown. We live very close to Tims Ford Lake just outside Winchester, Tennessee. My husband grew up in the area before the lake was impounded by TVA and is one of the "lake experts." I have brought many of the "big city" successes back to Winchester, Tennessee and they are working very successfully.

We now have our dream lake home thanks to Kay and Roger. Lake properties are scarce, but even more so during a pandemic. Kay and Roger shared new listings immediately after hitting the market and were always available to show properties before other buyers were able to view. Beyond striking early, their knowledge of the local area and the lake were invaluable as we made decisions involving boat traffic, year-round water levels, local contractors for inspections and future repairs, etc. It was like having the mayor on speed dial. After we pulled our first offer due to a failed septic inspection, Kay and Roger remained persistent in the search. We found a new home and their coaching on how to present our offer landed the deal. The seller's confirmed that they had several competing offers (some higher $), but they accepted ours thanks to Kay's coaching. We had a great experience! We have and will continue to recommend Kay and Roger to anyone looking to buy or sell.
