First and foremost, I have been a full-time REALTOR in Big Bear. since 2003....and recently I served on the board of directors of the Big Bear Association of REALTORS as the Treasurer/Board Officer from 2008. I was licensed in California real estate in 2003. I am certified by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I am also certified by NAR as e-PRO (Certified Internet Professional), and a certified agent for Short Sales and Foreclosures. #1 step is to contact your favorite Lender and get pre-approved.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
#1 Listen to me regarding the current Market Value... we don't want that price too high or too low.
#2 Get your home "ready" to show... fresh paint and squeaky clean is necessary.
#3 respond in good faith to all Offers and comments from potential buyers
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All sorts of buyer and sellers.... from the low end of the pricing to the $4M... young family, retired folks, blue collar workers to Doctors and Lawyers.... all a wonderful blend of clients.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
local Dentist was very proud of him home that he sold... my clients, the buyers, had lots money to spend... it was very cool to make both ends of the transaction end up with a Win Win.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
By attending local Real estate classes along with the guidance of a seasoned pro.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Continuous study of the local real estate market... constantly upgrading my professional training, lots of computer science, and police work that comes in handy almost every day.
