ZillowVERIFIEDBill is 110% all the time. After the first house we had an offer on fell through, Bill was right there to guide us to the next listing. We went past the stripper pole sex dungeon house and the bad remodel mildew house and finally landed on the house we bought, the entire time Bill letting us know of the inadequacies of the other people we had to deal with since he gives 110% and expects others to match that (which is evident in the people he recommends to use for inspections and closing). He got an offer in on the house we bought shortly after we left the house at 8pm and we were under contract as soon as the listing agent got their ducks in a row. Bill will fight for you (possibly literally) to get the best deal for you. He will pick up the slack from the other side when their inadequacies poke through. And he will let people know what he's thinking(with permission if needed). I felt comfortable giving him free reign because he has great judgement. If we move again, or buy another house, we will definitely be using Bill.
