I've worked in the commercial real estate industry for over thirty-six years with experience in almost every facet of the business. I worked for a major real estate development firm for over twenty three years before opening the CCN Real Estate, LLC office. Starting as a sales agent, I went on to procure the land for the Johnstown Galleria. I sold the majority of the out parcels at the mall (as well as many others) and served as the manager of the Galleria until it was up and running smoothly. At that time I returned to the home office as V.P. of several key departments in their real estate division. Throughout my career I've gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate. After years of building an extensive clientele and expanding my knowledge of the region, I made the decision to start my own brokerage firm to better serve my clients' and customers' needs in the commercial real estate industry of our area. We're here to help the new entrepreneur that's ready to open their first business, the company/store that's outgrown their existing building, as well as any national chain ready to move into our market area.
