I just want to share this with you and Linda. When we bought the house two years ago, our agent just called and congratulated us. And that's the end of it. No walk thru, no info regarding utilities, mailbox # or gate code. We met you and Linda outside and she handed our keys. I have felt a good connection with both of you. We walked in the house and thankful that the Miller's had left a note for us (which we still keep) who are our neighbors, mailbox number, utility info, who does the lawn for them etc.... Today I received a text from Tonya asking for the mailbox number and yesterday she gave us pointers on what to do when we move out. And I really appreciated that.
