Though the closing did not occur as schedule by the institution which resulted in my having made a wasted trip. Ms Grace Barbeiro followed up with the finance institution. The closing was able to occur without my having to make another trip to Florida. Grace Barbeiro was a bright light in what was initially a dark situation because of the finance institution's incompetence and lack of professionalism.
