I experienced problems with the finance institution regarding closing dates and poor communication. Though the closing did not occur as schedule by the institution which resulted in my having made a wasted trip. Ms Grace Barbeiro followed up with the finance institution. The closing was able to occur without my having to make another trip to Florida. Grace Barbeiro was a bright light in what was initially a dark situation because of the finance institution's incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Bill is extremely knowledgeable about Real Estate in Volusia County but has a special knowledge about the rural areas. He set the price for the sale of our house. When I asked why he chose that number he said because from my experience that is what it should go for. We literally had over 30 showings in the first 3 weeks and the offer we accepted came in the 4th week. And he was right about the price because we got a contract and closed on the full asking price. I said how did you know it would go for that price. He said well somebody has to set the true market price in your area so why not you. It doesnt matter if you are a buyer or a seller Bill is going to look after your best interest. My experience with him continues to prove that you cant ask for a better Agent than Bill Navarra.
