These would be the core values that I would assign as the strongest displayed by Hridya during our home buying experience in Connecticut. My wife and I were making a move from Idaho to Connecticut, and to say that the experience in finding a realtor before meeting Hridya was without question: The most frustrating investment venture my wife and I both have ever been a part of, is an understatement. Realtors we had attempted to contact in the area based on reviews alone without local input were novice, rude, and obviously involved in some sort of schemes with other realtors to push certain listings over others (or Mortgage brokers). In the span of two weeks, we had already been through 4 Realtors, one of which simply telling us: "Either start doing what I tell you, or you're never getting a home." after trying to persuade us to sign up with a mortgage broker peddling an adjustable rate mortgage (the timeframe is July 2024 for future reference if that ends up being as predictive as I think it will) When we had knowledge I qualified for my VA loan and was not in need of such a offer. By the time we had ended up in the care of Hridya, we were both exceptionally frustrated, as we had both purchased homes before separately, one together, and never had a home searching experience this terrible. Rather than simply pass us on because we were already flustered and by that point: Blunt about our expectations, Hridya was understanding first, and patient next; listening and getting further information from us expanding on what we expected of her. She then let us know how she felt she could be a good fit for us but was completely transparent about two facts: 1. She had never done an interstate buy/sell contract before. 2. She had never done a VA Home loan before and there would be frustration and growing pains regarding that, but she was confident that she could get it done and that we wouldn't regret her as an agent, and that she was a highly adaptable, fast learner. And she was correct. Over the Course of the next Month, Hridya was able to assist us in virtually touring multiple homes and providing much needed "in person" information to us while she was providing the tours. Things like smells, atmosphere, cleanliness, and at one point, an eagle-eyed detection of water damage to a ceiling from an upstairs bathroom, that led to the realization that a "dream tub" that had recently been installed: was more likely an improperly installed nightmare waiting to absolutely destroy the honeymoon phase of moving into a new home. These insights, as well as at time moments of "Gut Feelings" from Hridya made it to where every offer made, was a well-considered, and grounded decision. Each time a seller declined our offer, Hridya had 3 more homes just as good to serve, with visits all but scheduled, just waiting on confirmation from us. Making the brutal offer rejection process; much, much easier to move on from, especially during the competitive market we were trying to purchase. Once we had an offer accepted by a potential seller, Hridya was able to navigate the final details with ease, and at many points, was required to address issues with the sellers fears of us abandoning our purchase, as well as a husband and wife (us) who were at our wits end selling our home, self-packing, and transporting ourselves across the country, Much of Hridyas job in closing was forced into a five day window between when we closed in our home to Idaho, and when we arrived the night before closing in Connecticut. We put our trust in our Broker, and our real estate agent, and when we arrived to the hotel, Hridya had fully delivered on everything promised, on time, and with little to no signs this was a new process to her. Hridya was always kind, happy, eager to work for us, while still being professional, even when my wife and I had reached points where we were mostly frustrated and tired, she was always able to answer back with calm, concise, forward movement and a plan, which is her job as a realtor. And she does it very well.

We had been passively looking for a home for over two years, and with our unique requirements, we knew finding the right place wasnt going to be easy, especially given the challenges of the post-COVID market. We had spoken with a few realtors, some good, and others we realized weren't the right fit for us. But after a lot of thought, we decided to go with Hridya because she brought a genuine, personal touch that we hadnt experienced before. As I sit here writing this review, in the home of our dreams, I can say without a doubt that we wouldnt be here if it wasnt for Hridya. She didnt just help us find a house; she was instrumental in helping us navigate the entire journey. What makes her truly exceptional is not just her expertise, but who she is as a person. She was incredibly patient, even when we were a bit all over the place with our requests. We saw multiple homes, sometimes visiting the same property more than once, and walked away without making offers. Not once did Hridya pressure us to settle. She understood that, for us, it wasnt just about buying a house, but finding the right home. When we finally found a home we were serious about, we visited it three times before making an offer. One of those visits even lasted over two hours! Hridya was there through it all, answering our endless questions and explaining every detail. She went above and beyond to get us information that wasnt easily available, even contacting the sellers realtor and the original home builder to gather crucial details that helped us make an informed decision. Her persistence in getting those answers, including an official email from the builder, showed us just how committed she was to our peace of mind. What really impressed us was when it came time to make an offer. I was excited and ready to go in with a high bid because I didnt want to lose the house. But Hridya was the voice of reason, calmly guiding me to keep the offer reasonable. She saved us thousands of dollars by helping us negotiate a deal that was both fair and competitive, when I would have otherwise let my enthusiasm get the best of me. She wasnt just a realtor at that point, she became a trusted friend who genuinely cared about what was best for us. Even after the deal was closed, Hridya continued to be there for us, helping with everything that came after, including aspects of our renovation project. Shes truly remarkable. If youre looking for a realtor who treats you like family and puts your needs above everything else, Hridya is the one. She is such a genuine personality, and we will always be grateful to her for helping us turn our dream into reality. Choosing her was one of the best decisions we ever made, and I wish her all the success in helping other families find their perfect homes, just like she did for us. Thank you, Hridya!
