Bill was extremely professional and went above and beyond our past experience with the realtors we have worked with in the past. His knowledge of the Dunnellon real estate market was extensive. He listened to our needs, price range and desires and he came through without wasting our time and patience. We asked for a closing date from Fannie Mae on January 15, 2014. We received the acceptance from Fannie Mae on December 27 2013. Bill worked almost non-stop to make the closing date feasible.He also recommended a company that was able to do our inspection within a 24 hour period. He worked diligently with the closing company to make sure all bases were covered for the closing on the 15th, He was constantly on call for us until we completed the sale on January 17th. Not once did we ask Bill questions (and believe me, there were many) without receiving a prompt response. I would be remiss if I did not note that Bill is not only a great professional Realtor, but we also consider him a very special friend.
