A few years ago I spoke to Bill on the phone about purchasing property in Myrtle Beach. We are from upstate NY and plan on retiring to SC. (about ten years away) After talking with Bill I immediately felt he was a nice guy. In January of 2018 Bill and I connected again for we were ready to seriously start looking at properties. In February Bill came and met us in person at our resort. He was very informative of the area, and the ins and outs of owning a condo verses a house. We felt he was very honest /professional. I came out from Las Vegas to purchase a new home. Mr. Knoll and I had been working together for about 2 months prior to my arrival. He took me to every property I had interest in and answered all my questions about the area. He was there when I signed my purchase contract ( to have a new home built) and was with me throughout the entire process. He also e-mailed me pictures of the progress as the home was being built.
