He didn't pressure us at anytime to make a purchase and allowed us to go through the first time home buyer viewing process. When we did find the house we loved he helped us offer a fair bid that locked in the house of our dreams! He helped us with securing a great rental property when we moved into the state, and eventually helped us with our recent new construction home purchase. When it came to our rental property search, he used his professional judgement to understand our needs and got us exactly what we were hoping for without trying to "sell" something for potentially greater financial benefits. When we were looking for a house, he suggested a new construction that would largely fit our needs. It turned out that we had to deal with a crazy and utterly unwieldy builder, and the entire process became far more challenging than either he or we had foreseen. He nonetheless helped us fight our way through it, and used his considerable negotiation skills to help us get the best house we could possibly have been able to call home under the circumstances. We probably would not have managed to close on the house at all, had it not been for the immense effort that he put in for us. The Real Estate community would be very well-served if blessed with more Realtors such as Bill!

Would definitely recommend Bill. Last year, we called him in the last week of December to help us find a new apartment. By January 1st we were in a 3 bedroom town house. We got a better deal then we hoped for! Helps that he's very personable and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to answer all of our questions and concerns.
