Tate is simply outstanding. My husband and I were looking to buy our first home over the last two years and throughout the entire process, from original musings and dreams, to looking at over 30 homes, to finding "the one" and purchasing it, Tate was patient, kind, generous with his time and his expertise. While his competence as a realtor shone in all parts of our process, Tate's hallmark of excellence was his ability to marry our desires with our goals and then find us a perfect home that met both. In 2013 Bill was our agent in purchasing a home in Columbia Tn. He was outstanding! We were living out of state at the time and Bill was so attentive to our needs being so far away.
