They did an amazing job of staging our home when the subcontractor that they normally use would only stage non-occupied homes. They rolled up their shirt-sleeves and did it themselves. The one thing we really wanted was COMMUNICATION. And we got it. They wanted to communicate with us as much or as little as we preferred. We scheduled a daily conference call in the beginning so that we were all on the same page. I can't say enough about how great our experience was with Juli Anne and her team.

Buying a house is the biggest thing I have ever done. 3 years ago I started seriously working on building my credit and setting myself up for the future. Enter Margo Greenman who encouraged me to meet with her lender and get pre-approved just to start a conversation. The next couple of months were an exciting whirlwind and in 2019 I bought my first house. Something I never thought I would be saying.Margo is a ray of sunshine. I get a little perplexed with the fine print and numbers, and being single and not having a partner in this process really stretched me. But Margo and her team were there every step of the way. Helped me understand everything I was signing and why. And honestly, Margo would just check in on me out of the blue and see how I was feeling. Her and her husband had to go through all of this the hard way so shes been where I was and felt the way I was feeling.There are a lot of firm dates and deadlines when you buy a house, but the week or two between things is when you can feel depleted or overwhelmed. It was nice to be able to grab coffee or just chit chat on the phone. In the end, Margo and her team at Cox-Gibson fought for me. They had a great home inspector who really spent time on my house. We were able to push back against the seller and ultimately I got a brand new roof put on, closing costs waived and money knocked off of the asking price. Obviously the market swings back and forth, but Margo fought for me and I couldnt be happier in my home.Lastly, the process of exploring houses with a realtor is fun and Margo and I had a lot of laughs and aEURoewhat the heck is this?!aEUR? moments. Working with Margo was great, I couldn't be happier with the decision to choose her to be our realtor. The home buying process is long, complicated, and sometimes frustrating, but Margo made the whole experience informative and enjoyable. Juli Anne is amazing. She helped guide us through a tricky negotiation that rarely comes up. When other people on the team (title company) weren't responsive, she contacted them, and they fixed the problem. Juli Anne also has great resources to recommend if you need to have any repairs done.
