I couldn't believe the pictures were of the house. Great staging! While under the contract, Bill and Beth were able to iron out any challenges brought on by the purchaser. Bill and Beth were able to identify contractors or workers to take care of any inspection feedback while being away. Pretty much helped me to move the process along during my travels. Bill and Beth were very responsive aEUR" actually exceptional in their responses and communications with me. BTW aEUR" they got a higher price for the house than the listed price. Bill and Beth made the negotiation and the whole process of selling the house seamless and painless. I wish I could say this same with my other previous agents.
