Big Frank really pulled through for us. We had a cabin in Marble, NC that we had just bought for short term vacation rentals. A few months later, we decided it was too small and out of the way. I thought we were stuck with the cabin for the winter. We live in Florida, and when we were visiting out other cabin in Murphy NC, I remembered Big Frank's Billboards that I had seen. Well, we called Big Frank, and he was over at the Marble Cabin the next day checking it out. So anyway, he had the place sold within a month, and at 17,000 dollars more than we had paid for it a few months previously. Not bad for a 600 S/F cabin!! We were very pleased with Big Franks efforts, constant great communication and efficiency. If we ever decide to buy a cabin in Murphy, Big Frank will be the first one we contact.
