One of my recent transactions, the deal almost fell through, I was able to negotiate & within 30 mins we were able to come to an agreement & solve our problem
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate because of my family. My grandfather started real estate when he immigrated from Ecuador. At 50 years old, he learned a new language & was able to build a real estate business he was proud of alongside my aunt, his daughter. After 17 years in the business, they are my biggest mentors in real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have taught yoga for 6 years which helps me to remain calm & centered in the midst of adversity so I can solve problems instead of create more of them.
