When my wife and I decided to sell our home, it was recommended we interview at least three realtors. We relied on recommendations of others and our instincts to pick three top professionals and none of them disappointed in their pitch. Biana, however, blew us away. She was well prepared, confident, extremely professional and at the same time very personable. When we finished our initial meeting with her, my wife and I walked Biana to the door and after she left, we both looked at each other and said, aEURoethat is the oneaEUR?. Our instincts proved right. I thought I had an idea as to the homes value and it turns out I was not even close. Had we not chosen Biana and relied on our own limited knowledge about the homes value, we would have cost ourselves hundreds of thousands of dollars. One of the keys, I believe, to the success we enjoyed with Biana was the unbelievable marketing of our home. We almost thought about not selling after we saw the photographs and staging she and her teammate Elizabeth put together. It made our home shine in the best possible light. The initial open house was an overwhelming success due to that marketing. My neighbors were in awe as to how many people came to the open house and joked they thought about charging admission to the street. Needless to say, the house sold that night after only three days on the market and we had the choice of multiple offers. Not only did the house sell for hundreds of thousands more than we initially thought it was worth, it sold for well above the listing price! Throughout the process including settlement, Biana walked us through the experience and we never felt left on our own or ill-informed. My husband and I were recently in the market for a new home on the Wye River. We were fortunate enough to meet Biana during our search. The expertise she has for the area was extremely helpful to us as we tried to make our decision. She gave us invaluable insight when trying to determine exactly where we wanted to buy. Our experience with Biana Arentz was absolutely amazing. Although we have been on the Eastern shore for 40 years , we were first time home sellers and chose Biana as our agent due to her reputation and success selling homes on the Eastern Shore. She is extremely familiar with the housing market and did a very thorough job navigating us through the process. Our house took a little longer to sell due to general market conditions, and rising interest rates but Biana constantly went the extra mile through advertising and open houses to be sure our home received a steady flow of viewings and ultimately a new family for our home.
