I was a first time home buyer and felt lucky to be in the hands of Mr Bheem. It was not at all like working with a realtor but with a family member. He is so knowledgeable and focused on every smaller details which I could have never found by myself. Its been great to work with Bheem Bhat. He is very good in listening to the needs of the clients and very energetic as well as knowledgeable to fulfill the expectations of his clients. I had the opportunity to have him as my realtor to buy a home. He patiently listened to my needs, and diligently searched for the house that met my expectations. He worked with me thru late evening to submit a quote and I am glad we could finalize & get the house in 2-3 days after submitting quote. He worked with me in finding a mortgage lender, he took extra efforts in finding an evaluator to run thru inspection of the house while I am away on traveling for job. I could close the house with his help and moved in within 4-6 weeks. After couple of years, I had to sell my house and move to Texas on personal reasons. I reached out to him again. He came in and took additional efforts in listing the house very diligently. He had scheduled for open house and listened to potential customers and communicated with me timely. He could find a buyer and Bheem Bhat helped me to close the house in 4-5 weeks from listing all while I am away from the property location. Hes very dynamic, easy-to work with and transparent. Very knowledgeable on details, on what helps to sell your house. Bheem has a good knowledge of the market and so, could give us the price where we should list our home. He was familiar with the nearby homes that we would be competing. At no extra cost he helped in staging my house. We had to move out of state, but with Bheem very willing to help with the inspection/repair, it helped us to get the repairs done, easily and to the satisfaction of the buyers. He helped with the contractor and also with inspection of the work. Bheem explained all the details of closing and settlement, which made it easy for us. The whole transaction was seamless. We have recommended Bheem to a few of our friends and they all have been very happy with him.

It is hard to explain Mr.Bheems expertise, it could only be experienced by one, who takes his assistance. He was pretty quick to sense real need of his customers and take them through many options.
