Its been great to work with Bheem Bhat. He is very good in listening to the needs of the clients and very energetic as well as knowledgeable to fulfill the expectations of his clients. Very knowledgeable on details, on what helps to sell your house. Bheem has a good knowledge of the market and so, could give us the price where we should list our home. He was familiar with the nearby homes that we would be competing. At no extra cost he helped in staging my house. We had to move out of state, but with Bheem very willing to help with the inspection/repair, it helped us to get the repairs done, easily and to the satisfaction of the buyers.
