We were first time home buyers with no experience looking/buying a house whatsoever. I had been looking on the Bridgeview website for many moons looking at the homes. Even though we knew many people in the realty business, we wanted to treat this like a business decision and not go with family or friends. We got hooked up with Bev and we are forever thankful! Right from the get go, she stayed on top of everything. She was very quick in responding to emails, texts, and calls no matter what time of day or night. We had let her know that we were just looking so that if we ever found the it house we would be ready. We would know whats in the market, what value of home we can get with the money. Bev took the time to get to know us which was really great and catered to houses that fit the bill but also listened to us to see if we had any homes that caught our eye on possibly being the one. She is such a sweet lady but oh boy does she know her stuff. Any questions we had she answered right away in a way that was easy to understand for even novices like ourselves. I would text Bev at all times of the day asking to schedule home showings and literally in no time, we would have three or four homes to look at the next day. She bent over backwards for us. She also fought for us tooth and nail when some unexpected things came about when we put a purchase offer in for the first home we put an offer in at. (Luckily it fell through because we ended up finding our dream home! but still greatly appreciated) It was really nice knowing that Bev was in our corner throughout the whole process. When our mortgage was taking forever, she was emailing and calling the bank trying to get answers. I would recommend Bev to anyone and everyone. Her warm personality and vast knowledge of the real estate game created the best experience for us and we could not of asked for a better realtor. Thank you Thank you Thank you Beverly!!!
