Beverly handled the updating, listing and sale of my home flawlessly. She introduced me to the COMPASS exclusive Concierge program, and she took things from there. As I am located out of the area, she handled the selection and management of all updates and repairs. I remained the approving authority. However, she handled all the logistics and made my life so much easier because of it. Beverly went above and beyond in so many ways. My home was listed and sold in under 30 days for top dollar. I did not have to settle for a low-ball offer with Beverly as my listing agent. I highly recommend her services!

Beverly was truly exceptional and I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I am impressed with her level of knowledge, responsiveness, and her seamless presentation throughout the entire experience. As first time home buyers that were brand new to Charlotte we were incredibly nervous walking into the process. We had talked to several agents prior to meeting Beverly and none were able to make us feel confident in their ability to be more than just ?good enough?. From my first conversation with Beverly I knew that she would be an excellent agent. She assisted with negotiations, scheduling the inspection, stayed in communication with us daily, provided real time updates from the seller, loan officer and lawyer. Working with Beverly has been an absolute pleasure. She?s a wonderful conversationalist, strategist, and negotiator. My family will be forever grateful that she has helped us find the perfect starter home.
