I have raised two children as a divorcee and it has given me the freedom to watch all their sporting events and school events while providing us with the income to live a good life. My favorite customers are first time home buyers who are so eager to find that perfect home and experience all the joy and challenges that come along with the decisions to become a homeowner. Referrals are 95% of my business at this stage of my career. I am a very good negotiator and problem resolution specialist. My experience and number of transactions speak for themselves. As a single breadwinner at my home, my motivation to do well is because I desire to be able to provide for myself and my Grandson. My Daughter is a nurse in Portsmouth, Va, mom of Granddaughter Kathryn Parker and my son lives in Smithfield with my 11 year old Grandson, Landon. I have served for 16 yrs on my local town council. For fun I love to attend outside concerts, and enjoy traveling. I was treasurer of our local fire corporation for 12 years. I attend Fellowship United Methodist Church in Princeton. So as you can see I have a very busy life, both at work and play. In my professional career, I have had the privilege of serving as President and Vice-President of the Johnston County Association of REALTORS. I received the REALTOR of the Year award in 1997. I was the recipient of the Distinguished Citizen of the Year in 1997 by the Kenly Chamber of Commerce.
