Fixer Upper?) until I finally figured out what I wanted. She got all of the information I needed from various sources to help me make that decision, offering advice that kept me on financial and schedule track in spite of myself. THEN she took a chance on the spot that ended up being my purchase. THEN she had the paperwork done the same day and stayed in constant communication with me until we had a closing. The deal she created for me was incredible - she explained the reasoning behind each "ask" or "offer" so I understood the whole picture. Even my loan broker was impressed with the deal. He also mentioned this was one of the fastest offer to close he's ever seen. The fact that her actions match what our faith calls us to do creates trust quickly for me as well.
