Beverly Best is AMAZING! Over the past 20 years, I have moved many times and no realtor has compared to how wonderful she is. I first inquired about her services and requested comps. She immediately met with me and had a folder of detailed information. She gave me great ideas for finishing touches and moved mountains to get my home on the market the exact day I needed it listed, including having her professional photographer come even over a holiday to get pictures to ensure the date I needed. She was prompt with every form of communication...phone, text, email, stopping by the house, etc. This was truly an overwhelming time for me and selling a house I absolutely loved, but she brought so much peace to a stressful time. Just sent me listings once and only the ones that monetarily were convenience for her. We called her to let her know that we were in town and wanted to get more listings. She just simply replied that she was busy all day and unable to send me anything and maybe she was but she never contacted us anymore. I went to a different agent and found a lot in 2 weeks. Frankly i found her very unprofessional since she never followed up
