I cannot recommend Betty Hedden enough! Betty has helped my husband and I buy 2 houses now, and despite both of the houses being difficult buys (one was a short sale, and one was a foreclosure) she made the closing process as seamless as possible. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate, and truly does have your best interest at heart. During our more recent home purchase, she consistently followed up with all parties involved, to make sure the ball was moving along, to ensure a timely closing. When my husband and I had concerns, or were unsure what we were doing, she helped us to understand the process better, and never let us sign anything without making sure we knew exactly what it was we were agreeing to. She never got annoyed, She was always cheerful and helpful.I was out of town frequently, but that didn't stop Betty from selling my home.
