Betsy Wotherspoon was able to fill in for Jennifer seamlessly at one point in the home viewing process when Jennifer was not available. Both Betsy and Jennifer are intimately familiar with the real estate and desirable neighborhoods in the area where we were focusing our search. They were also able to give us ball park estimates of the costs to modify the homes we were interested in. Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate the home inspector we hired. The fact that we made an offer on a house sight unseen and then withdrew the offer after the home inspection did not affect our relationship with Jennifer despite the work involved in making the offer.
