Betsy helped my husband and I buy our first home 10 years ago and she was the first call we made when we were thinking about buying a new property (vacant land this time, to build a home). She is is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and about everything from financing options to the planning and building process. Both times that we've worked with Betsy, I've gotten the feeling that she really cares about her clients, and I've felt very comfortable knowing that she is the one representing us in negotiations. Betsy asks great questions to make sure she knows exactly what we need and what we're looking for in a property, and she's also not afraid to tell us when she thinks we're going in a direction that won't be beneficial for us in the long run (again proving she actually cares about us and doesn't just want to make the sale and move on). Soon, we'll be listing our current home for sale, and there's no one I'd rather work with on that process.
