So many stars for this star! We listed the house with another realtor and we didn't really receive much interest. Betsy met with me, created a plan, staged the house and got two offers. There were a few fun surprises during the selling - random car that let themselves into our gated property - which Betsy & Sharon were on top of. We had a great experience with Betsy and her staff buying our home in Grass Valley. Because we lived a few hours away much of the work had to be done virtually but she and he team did not miss a beat. **********If there was a 10 STAR RATING it still wouldnt be high enough for Betsy!! As my family and I were new to the Nevada County area we searched quite a few websites to find a realtor.
