We made a spur of the moment decision to sell our home and move out of state. We were recommended to Bethanie and her team by our realtor in WA. Lucky for us she had contacts in AZ. We began working with Amanda Nealy the week after we arrived. Amanda was amazing. I always felt like I was being a bother sending her countless listings and asking so many questions. Amanda made us feel at ease and answered every single one of them. By the time we bought our new home I felt like I had a new family member. Amanda was so patient while we decided how much home we could afford and what kind of details we wanted in our next home. I thought we had found "the" house and was so disappointed and frustrated when we realized it wasn't going to work out. Amanda keep the faith and we picked up the search the following week. Just when I thought we would never find the one, Amanda took us to the house of our dreams! The minute we walked in we knew. Amanda was on the phone with the seller's agent, and our financing while we were viewing the home. She was not going to let this one pass us by! The team at Ben Kinney kept us informed during the entire purchasing process. Their service was exceptional, Amanda especially was a rockstar! It was so smooth and easy it almost didn't even feel like we were buying a home. The most stressed we were was waiting for the sellers to accept our offer! We started the house hunt on 2/8/23, found our home 2/18/23 (the 17th one we looked at) and moved in 3/22/23. We cannot recommend enough!!
