About Beth Wexler

Senior Sales Associate (30 years experience) Beth and Joey have been business partners in the residential brokerage industry for over fifteen years. They share the same vision of bringing the utmost care and integrity to every client's transactions. Beth's love of real estate began by learning the basics when she teamed up with her father in their family owned real estate company. Along with her father and their team, Beth learned to purchase, rehab and manage buildings while entering the residential brokerage business as well. Beth's dynamic approach to real estate includes working with top Chicago developers selling new construction condominiums, lofts, town homes and single family residences as well as spending the majority of her time representing individual buyers and sellers. Working almost entirely from referrals, Beth has built a following that uniformly commends her for confidently and effortlessly ushering her clients through the process of purchasing or selling their most important investment - their home. Joey worked at Mesirow Financial prior to entering the real estate industry, working on a team managing assets of high net worth individuals. Beth and Joey have both lived on the North Shore for the past ten years. Beth and her family reside in Highland Park and Joey and her family reside in Deerfield. Scott Glazer was AWESOME! He did a great job of keeping us informed through each and every step in the process of selling our home. There were several things Scott did for us that he didn't have to... things outside the scope of his job as our real estate agent. Scott showed us that he sincerely cares for his clients and will go out of his way to make the home selling process as seamless as possible. We had a few bumps in the road and Scott always gave us wonderful advice that was spot on with how we needed to smooth out the bumps. I can't say enough good things about Scott. Definitely recommend Scott and Sue! We weren't having luck finding the right house since there weren't many houses that fit our criteria. Sue was able to reach out to her contacts and discovered that a house was coming on the market soon. She was able to get us a showing before it was listed and we ended up making an offer and purchasing the house! Without their relationships with other realtors, we would never have been able to find this house. The whole process from the time we made an offer to closing went without a hitch! We were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Scott Glazer and @properties for our home sale. The thought of getting our home ready to sell was daunting, but Scott knew what needed to be done to get top dollar for our home. His guidance throughout made the process easier. Whenever there was a question, I would call, and he would pick up. I swear the guy works 24/7 because he answers our calls anytime during the day. We have multiple dogs, so the thought of having to make our home look perfect every time we received a showing request stressed us out. Scott came up with a wonderful strategy to first put the listing on the private network. Once the house was ready, we would go live midweek on the MLS, with an open house that weekend. This would allow us to board the dogs during the open house. Prior to the open house, Scott also brought over some items to stage the house, artwork, accent pillows, rugs, etc. to add finishing touches. We received and accepted an offer that weekend! After we accepted the offer, Scott and his legal team took care of the rest until closing making sure the process was smooth for us. Scott knew the market, so having his knowledge allowed us to make smart decisions throughout. Were so glad we went with Scott. Scott has a no-nonsense approach, telling us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear, making our conversations easy and straight to the point. We highly recommend Scott Glazer!
