We met Tenia at Westwood Library after my husband saw her advertisement at a local grocery store back in November of 2021. Tenia was good, we looked at a few homes with her. The problem came on a particular home at 1730 Madison Ave in Mt. Healthy that fell through twice, we put in a offer, if asked to be a backup but never signed backup papers and then it went back on the market, it was a mess. The other homes we looked at we didn't like and she doesn't have pocket listings. I did want to see 2 homes and jokingly she said that my husband wouldn't like it so we never looked at them. The straw that broke the camels back was when we was going for the home on Madison again and I had found out some back in information which Tenia did not bring to my attention. At that point I had already started working with a realtor because I felt like we was not moving along the process and we was on a crutch to move in a timely manner. We part ways but she was extremely rude at the end of our conversation on the phone when I told her we was closing on a home, she said, "Good luck" and hung up. WOW, that was rude. We have a home now, she is super nice but just wasn't right for what we was looking for before June.
