After several google searches for "Best Agents in Louisville", I noticed Beth's name came up on every page so I emailed her an inquiry as to what we were looking for, and I soon found out why she was at the top of all of those sites. Beth responded very quickly, spent time understanding my needs, and set me up to receive alerts to new listings. She was patient with me as I asked all kinds of questions and even agreed that since my wife and I couldn't be there, to show the houses to our teenage son and his friends. We knew that when she survived this experience, and didn't charge us hazard pay, we had the best around! Ultimately, we found a home that exceeded our expectations, Beth negotiated a great deal...even in this crazy market, and was by our side all the way through the closing. Rarely do you find someone so willing to work this hard for someone she had never even met!
