What clients say about this agent....
I engaged Beth to sell a home that was subject to numerous complexities. She was able to simplify and streamline the process and see the negotiation through in a very effective manner. She always kept me updated. Beth worked very well with the move-out service, the occupant of the home, and other parties and took care of many details in advance of the closing which saved me a lot of time. I am very appreciative of Beths experience, expertise, and the kindness that she showed everyone throughout the process. Thank you Beth!
Beth Rossi is simply the GOAT of real estate professionals. We originally found her when we were walking our neighborhood and saw her as a listing agent for a house we liked. We were first time home buyers and we wanted someone who was an expert in the field. So, we researched Beth and realized she was who we were looking for all along. With a new job on the horizon and some staying power in the area, we decided to go all in and try to buy in this wild market. Not only did she help us at every step, she was able to counter the ineptness of the listing agent on the home we wanted to buy and saved us a ton of headaches, time, and money. She does not interfere in the day to day or insert herself where she doesn't need to be, she just does her job and is super transparent. She is an advocate for the buyer (and I'm sure the seller, when she's the listing agent) and knows the ins and outs of every piece of the real estate game here in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. There is only one person we trust to handle our real estate and that's Beth Rossi. You'd do yourself a great favor if you did too.
We ran into Beth during an open house she was hosting and were so impressed with her that we decided to work with her to help us find a home in Franklin. We were working with a internet company agent before working with her and the difference was night and day. Beth has an incredible amount of knowledge about the area and has years of experience. All that showed when we were scouting properties, making offers, negotiating, and eventually when we bought a house. Here are a few things that stood out for us WRT Beth:- Never pushed us to make offers, increase bids (in this market), always gave us her honest assessment of the value (even if meant we may be outbid)- Always available and I mean that in every sense. I am a very inquisitive person and had tons of questions for her - she was always willing to listen and provide her input and feedback- She is an excellent negotiator, is very tactful and knows very well which battles are worth fighting. - We truly valued her opinion and inputs. It is incredibly hard in this market of 2021, but she managed to help us buy our home below the list price (something that is unheard of in this market). It all came down to acting fast, with intent and timing. - Did I say, she is extremely knowledgable and fun to work with? If not for Beth we would still be searching for a home (we had been for over 2 years, prior to meeting her). I can't find enough adjectives to explain how delightful an experience it was to work with Beth. We have recommended Beth to my friends who are looking for an agent and if you were looking for a home in Boston or Boston Metro area and in need of a good agent, I would highly recommend you reach out to her.
Beth is an exceptional realtor and person. Beth was our realtor when we sold our house and when we bought our next property, which says it all. She did a great job both times. She has a well deserved reputation for integrity and diligence, and for understanding people. She is professional and helpful. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. Whenever there is an issue she finds a way to resolve it. She knows the market and knows how to get things done. If you are considering buying or selling we highly recommend Beth.
Beth was awesome. She sold our current house in 2 days for more than we ever dreamed. She also helped us get our new home. Her relationships with other agents was really helpful in such a competitive buying market. But probably most important of all her knowledge and experience of what needs to be done each step of the way was critical. We were so stressed and she was with us every step of the way. We could not have done this without her. Along the way Beth became a friend of ours and I will never forget her.
Beth is an excellent real-estate agent, and I would recommend her to any friend looking in the Boston-metro area. She's quick to respond, knowledgable, incredibly-helpful and kind-hearted.
I would describe the home buying process I went through with Beth as one of the most stressful times in my life, where I felt no support (despite asking for guidance), received no market analysis/education, felt very alone and had to largely fend for myself. I would strongly warn anyone purchasing in the Boston metropolitan area not to work with Beth, who is not knowledgeable about the Boston market. Maybe her expertise is in some other geographic area.Beth's style seems to be that she is keeps communication to a minimum and will generally only get/share information if asked to do so. When touring a home, she is quiet and offers no opinions/observations. During home inspection, she is quiet also. During the offer process, she will encourage you to offer higher, but not say why. (We ended up feeling like we left a lot of money on the table. She didn't display any negotiation skills whatsoever.) She will not pull comps or give market analysis to justify her advice for you to offer more. She does not interact at all with your mortgage lender - so you're on your own there. Honestly, I think she understood that we didn't understand much about the process and that she had us locked in after the offer went in. By the time we realized that Beth was not going to be a good resource for us, it was too late. A huge regret and disappointment for us. It gives us a negative feeling about our home to this day.

Beth Rossi is a true professional and the best realtor I have ever used. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, property values and staging homes. She is honest and easy to work with, always considering the needs of her client. She maintains contacts with professionals in many areas who can assist you when selling your home. She provides good advice on strategies and goes above and beyond in her work. She prepares beautiful brochures for prospective buyers and utilizes a professional photographer to capture your home in the best available light. She fully assumes the role as seller's agent and makes the process as easy as possible. Her calm demeanor is very helpful in the stressful world of selling a home. She makes sure the closing is seamless and anticipates any possible issues in advance so they can be addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Beth to family and friends.
Our experience with Beth was seamless.we never had a problem. Not one. She very kind respectful and knowledgeable of real estate. We would definitely tell my friends and family to use her.
