Beth Pretty is a fantastic realtor! She really took care of us during the home buying process. This is our second house weve bought but we are younger and still new to the house buying process. She really explained everything to us so well and made sure we bought the best house for us. I absolutely LOVED working with the Pretty Properties team. Mike was phenomenal and communicative from day 1. He took time to really understand what we were looking for in a home and really helped narrow down the search so we werent wasting time during a very short weekend trip for house hunting. Mike went over all of the contracts and paperwork and nuances first (dont have to sign anything really, more informative) which was SO HELPFUL later on down the line, both for buying our new house AND for selling our old house. He knew the area very well and we took a brief tour to scope out some of the attractions in the short pump area. When we were touring homes he was helpful in pointing out some things to take into consideration without being judgmental on the things we liked and didnt like. Finally we found our dream home after only 2 previous house tours! After that Mike followed up with their realtor to see what was important to the sellers, and our offer was accepted within the hour. Other realtors seem to know and appreciate his thoroughness and the respect he shows for both buyers and sellers; a huge benefit to you when trying to negotiate an offer and other things further down the line. After our offer was accepted and we were moving forward, Mike was very communicative and checked up on us frequently to ensure that not only our buying process was going well, but also to check on our selling process in another state. We closed on our house yesterday and the follow up from pretty properties as well as their VIP treatment post close is pretty awesome! They also have tons of vendors in the area to connect you with if you need ANYTHING! Honestly the process could not have gone smoother. During a very stressful time, Mike and the Pretty Properties time were able to calm our anxieties, keep us informed, focused and moving forward, all while being kind and patient. 100% recommend them!
