Beth listed my townhouse and it closed today. It was on the market for 8 days and closed 15 days later. I received more from the sale than I anticipated. She provided expert analysis on the appropriate price, brought in professional stagers, and provided a pre-inspection report which I used to correct the issues that were identified. This made negotiations with buyers a breeze. There were no surprises. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her team.
