From Day 1, my wife and I were impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge, candor, and diligence. During our initial meeting, they prepared a comprehensive analysis of the sale potential of our home and answered all of our questions, really putting us at ease. They walked us through the listing process and were really hands on partners in getting our house ready for sale. They were available for questions at all hours and really put in the legwork to ensure the process was as streamlined as possible. Through their efforts, we received 3 above asking price offers during within the first 3 days of listing! Additionally, they worked with us in searching for the perfect home for us; it felt as if they were as invested in the new home as we were. Due to our circumstances, we wanted to close on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home on the same day and they coordinated all of the piece parts between our buyers, sellers, our mortgage broker, and the title companies without adding any undue stress to us. As expected, there were surprises and challenges throughout the process but they kept us informed and provided all of the necessary support to solve these issues as they arose.
