A true lifer of the PNW! I grew up in Vancouver and moved to Kalama 15 years ago. Although Vancouver has grown, I can still locate the hidden gems tucked away in some of the best neighborhoods. Clark and Cowlitz Counties, are so different. Knowing the market of each county, and the cities within, is an advantage when pricing for listings or structuring offers.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to a trusted local lender. Or two or three. See what you can afford. Then don't be in a hurry to buy. You want to love your home even more long after you bought it.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
People are going to be driving by your house that don't have an appt. Make them want to see the inside of your home by making your outside look beautiful. Make sure your price has comps (recent sales) to back it up.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All walks of life. I love my clients. Some of the best friends I have are ones I've met selling homes.
