Having been through the "ups and downs" of the volatile real estate market in the past 15 years, I am very knowledgeable of market conditions and lending guide lines. I have been a resident of this fantastic little community in Marseilles; The River City, for the past 16 years. My three children have gone to the local schools and thrived. My two granddaughters will do the same. Marseilles offers the most impressive, heartfelt memorial wall for all of our fallen heroes right on the Illinois River; truly something to see. Our small community has peaceful living and a good way of life. I am proud to live here and be a part of this community. I have sold many homes, vacant lots, multi unit buildings and commercial property in the greater LaSalle County. Beth is awesome! She sold my house in 3 days. She gave recommendations but always followed what we thought was best. Beth was wonderful as our realtor. Our journey started just before covid so finding our home took a little longer. The whole time Beth had every home ready for us to see and all precautions were taken . Beth shared her knowledge with us to get us through the showing and onto the inspection. We were very happy to have her there to guide us. Beth was only a call or text away. Very quick to answer a question and call.
