ZillowVERIFIEDBase on my experience and facts, Beth and her husband are disorganization, and inconsiderate about clients need that I have encountered in 25 years of buying/selling RE. These qualities justified to say, It's absolutely inconceivable I would not recommend them to any buyer. They claim they are the best and gained millions of $ in RE. After being in communication with both, I flew to Texas to meet them for a tour with a goal of buying property up to $2M in Austin. As soon as I sat in the conference room I noticed they were not prepared and had no plan for me. They were scatted and unorganized. They had no homes in mind to show me, did not have the list of homes I had favorited on their website printed to show me. So, I can learn about the areas and prices. After 45 minutes of talking nonsense over each other, I asked them several times let's plan a route before we get in the car drive around, let's have a plan. But sure as hell they did not. Finally got in the car with Patron, because Beth was busy with her other clients. Patron took me to the areas that homes were way over my price range. He showed me the neighborhood's homes for $3-5M. Several times asked him to see the areas and homes that are in my price range. Extremely disappointing, truly a waste of my time dealing with this horrible RE agent. Finally, after 1.5 hours of driving around aimlessly and him not knowing how much approximate prices were, nor showing me any specific properties, he took me to the wrong address of a property where we found on Zillow, I stopped him and requested to take me back to my car politely. I refused to continue letting him waste my time. I thought either I am very unlucky dealing with bad agents after all the expenses (hotel, flight, time, energy...) in the hope I can have a solid idea of the areas to buy in Austin.Dealing with Beth and her husband should make anyone wonder, how things work in this universe, many agents makes 1/10 of the ones who have zero respect for another, but only money. I question how can Beth with her husband be 5 rated, after the experience I had and how they treated me.
