Beth handed our home sale over to an inexperienced realtor who failed to pursue leads and seemed to believe the house would simply sell itself. Far worse, she advised us not to take an offer for over asking because she believed the buyer's home would not sell in a timely manner. Eventually we settled for a contingent offer, $70K lower, from a different buyer. The original prospective buyer sold their home in early June 2024, two months after we rejected their offer on Beth's advice. The actual buyer's home has not yet sold as of late July.
