We were planning to attend an open house on a Sunday. As my wife looked at the photos online, I realized she was likely going to want to make an offer. We researched local realtors online and came across Beth's profile. We'd seen her name on other listings. I e-mailed to inquire whether she'd be able to represent us if we ended up liking the house. She replied within a short period of time and offered to attend the open house with us the following afternoon.We could tell from the moment she got out of the car and first spoke with us that we'd made an outstanding selection. Beth knew the home buying process (and selling) back and forward, and has a great grasp of construction/renovations. We ended up hiring her to both purchase the house we were looking at, as well as to sell the home we'd lived in for 13 years.At no point in the process did I feel we were unprepared. Beth let us know what to expect, gave us references for contractors and helped us negotiate repairs to the house we bought. She also encouraged us to get a pre-listing inspection on the house we were selling and prioritized the items we should take care of. We'd been considering letting the house go far below market value to avoid having to deal with fixing everything up. Beth encouraged us to put in the work and it paid immediate dividends. We got an offer on the house 50 hours after it was listed, and we were already familiar with all the repairs requested by the buyer (because we'd already scheduled to have them taken care of). We ended up selling the house for tens of thousands more than we would have if we'd gone ahead as planned.Can't say enough about how much we appreciated Beth's guidance through the buying and selling process. She was knowledgeable, had access to numerous contractor references and guided us through every step. Simply an amazing experience compared to any other we've ever had. We'd highly recommend Beth to anyone buying or selling property and encourage you to listen to her advice to maximize your returns.

Beth and her team are amazingly professional and personable, at the same time. They are wonderful to deal with, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and obviously really care about their clients. They treated us like we were their only clients! They were always just a quick text or phone call away to answer any questions we had immediately. Thanks to all of you, Beth, Taylor and Lori! We are so happy we chose Re/Max Properties to sell our house and to buy the perfect new home for us! But I need to say more about Beth personally (beyond her profession as a Realtor). Buying and selling your long-time home is one of the most stressful times in life. I was very emotional. But during that, we had the most tragic event of our lives, the sudden loss of our precious grandson. Beth was constantly by our sides providing emotional support and prayers that we desperately needed. I can never express just what that meant to me. She became MUCH more than just our Realtor! She is family now. We love you, Beth.
