As first time home buyers, I'll say Beth was very quick to react and hooked us up with her people to get a lot of the sticky situations solved as quickly as possible. It felt good at first, but eventually her approach left us feeling a little taken. It became especially clear when she didn't attend our closing nor did she send a representative in her place. Instead Beth went to another client's who we happened to know. She very easily could have scheduled them to happen at different times but we were obviously not her priority on that day. She never even called to see how the closing went or if it even happened! Beth, if you're reading this it went poorly. I guess it's not entirely reprehensible behavior because I understand this is a business, and I'm simply a customer. But for her what was a ho-hum transaction was the biggest purchase of our lives. No big deal? Anyway, we love our home, but we did all the research, she just had the evasive local listing agent (who also neglected to show up to the closing) on speed dial. We should have worked it out ourselves and not cut her into the deal. If you need someone who has local connections, she has a big personality that one way or another pushes people to do things quickly. If you prefer to work with someone who wants to get to know you and understand what you need in a home- perhaps even offering some straight talk- you would do yourself a favor to look elsewhere.
