I was impressed from the first phone conversation with Bertha Pyne because of her professional, courteous manner. She was very attentive, listened well and understand what we needed to do as her client. She offered great solutions that saved us money and time. She demonstrated a knowledge of exactly how to best handle the sale of this property which was not as appealing to many because of the age and wear and tear. This was great investment property for the right person and Bertha quite successfully used the network to find a buyer within a couple of weeks of listing the property. Her follow up and attention to details was superb with frequent communications through the selling process. I would definitely use Bertha Pyne again and highly recommend her.
