ZillowVERIFIEDBert was everything my fiancA(C) and I were looking for in a Realtor. As first time home buyers we were not too familiar with the process. Bert made sure to walk us through each step patiently. While showing us homes he was very detail oriented and ultimately had our best interest in mind with every showing. Working with Bert you soon realize how trustworthy, straight forward, and easy to work with he is. I highly recommend working with Bert if you want a Realtor you can trust and a Realtor thats going to go above and beyond to get you in your dream home. ZillowVERIFIEDBert is the consummate real estate professional. His professionalism and patience helping me sell my lot in WayPoint Landing was extraordinary. Price of the land dropped after the 2016 oil prices crash which has made it very difficult to sell. Bert always remained positive but realistic providing me market changes and opportunities. He was always readily available for texts or phone calls and responded promptly. If anyone looking for a real estate professional who will work hard for you and a sincere pleasure to work with, Bert is the right person. I would use him again without question.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our first time buying and we felt like we couldn't have been in better hands. Bert was very knowledgeable of house structure and made sure to educate us, so we could make a good decision. Bert negotiated on our behalf when making an offer and made sure we understood the process. We were also working a VA home loan and Bert made it clear he understood the process intimately. He worked alongside his wife which made us feel very comfortable as a couple. No matter if only one of us could be present for any part of the process, they were both there. Overall, we were incredibly pleased and would recommend him as your realtor. We will use him again in a heartbeat!
ZillowVERIFIEDStop what you are doing and call him now! Bert and his wife Pam are exceptional realtors. I first contacted Bert in 2018 when I initially began the process of buying a home. I was clueless. I had no idea what to do or how to do it. Bert literally wrote me a list of the steps I needed to take to start the process. I did as he recommended and applied for a loan, went through the approval process and once I was approved, I called him back and told him we would have to wait due to an unexpected drop in credit score. He understood completely and did not push me or try to change my mind. He honored my decisions and I was glad. This showed me he was trust worthy and honest. Fast forward to 2019, credit score was higher and the loan we got approved for was significantly better than last years. I called Bert and sure enough, he proceeded as he had last year; informative, step by step instructions, recommendations for neighborhoods in our price range and the offer to see a house whenever we needed. We showed up to our first showing and I couldnt believe the information he was providing us all by simply looking at a house. Bert is so experienced in his field that he knows what the home inspectors are going to look for and he was even able to flag trouble spots before the inspector completed his inspection. As buyers, we might be looking at the aesthetic and functionality of the house, but Bert looks at the bones. He can identify if foundation repair is needed, water damage, possible mold, cracks in the walls, outlets out of code, wiring out of code, plumbing problems, and many other things that will affect the overall well being of the home. He must of showed us at least 20 houses, treated us to lunch twice, and provided us with a boat load of knowledge as first time home owners. He is available through text, phone call, and email and responds quickly. If you are currently with a realtor and they are simply providing you with details about the aesthetics of the house, run! Run as far away as you can while you call Bert. This man will not let you down and you will be 100% comfortable signing the papers to your new house because Bert did all the hard part! If I could give him 1,000 stars, I would. Go call him TODAY!
ZillowVERIFIEDBert was very knowledgeable, quickly responsive, made selling our home easy, and had it sold within weeks. He definitely went the extra mile through the entire process.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I highly recommend Bert to anyone who is looking for a motivated and professional real estate agent. Bert made a highly complicated and stressful ordeal easy. From the first meeting until the closing, Bert was there to answer all our questions and handle all the paperwork. We feel fortunate to have found Bert to list our home. Thank you Bert!
ZillowVERIFIEDBert and his wife are absolutely wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend the team to anyone. They are very positive and proactive during each step of the process. We have worked with them for two years and blessed their souls they have kept us around as we were full speed ahead and then not and then again. Finally we were able to let them help us to close on a house!
ZillowVERIFIEDBert was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. Great guy and great experience! Listed my house with him but it didn't sell so listed it on my own and he was very understanding. After I sold it I naught a house through Bert which was my second home to buy through him all great experiences.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery professional and went above what is required to make property presentable for showing. He has sold 2 properties for us and kept us informed as to how things were progressing. We would definatly use him again and highly recommend Bert.
ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Jones is truly a professional. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. He is still searching for our "perfect" retirement property. He knows exactly what we are looking for and we trust his expertise.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I was in the process of looking for a home, Bert Jones was always looking out for my best interest. He is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Communication was great and my phone calls and emails were always answered. The showings were always tailored to fit my schedule. While I didn't purchase a home due to an unforeseen job relocatation, Bert still referred me to someone who could help. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property!
ZillowVERIFIEDBert is very professional and attentive to your every requirement for whatever you are in the market for. His local knowledge is bar none but what really is impressive is that he will go out of his way to make sure you get what you want and will negotiate down to the last dime. I highly recommend Bert Jones to anyone looking for a new home or property to build that dream home on.
