She was always available to us by phone or text and she always responded in a timely fashion. I was always texting her questions; I tried to be mindful that she had other clients too. Negotiation is very important and Bernita was very helpful to us as we negotiated the final price on our new home. My home buying experience was a great experience as we got to look at all the homes that I wanted to see. We found our new home in about 3 weeks.
