Affiliate Broker with Remax Real Estate Experts After attending the University of Memphis, Bernie Klein worked in the car rental industry starting out as a Manager Trainee. Mr. Klein moved up through the ranks as a Branch Manager, Assistant District Manager, District Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, Area Operations Trainer. Mr. Klein was responsible for 50 branch offices, 300 employees, and a budget of 35 million. Being the entrepreneurial type, Mr. Klein went into the retail electronics business, ending up owning 6 "Brick and Mortar" locations in various states with sales north of 5 million. Competitive in nature, Mr. Klein forayed into internet sales and soon became the largest internet wholesaler of car and home electronics in the world with annual sales of 12 to 15 million. Mr. Klein semi retired in 2008 dabbling in real estate investments to keep busy. Finding that "Retirement" was not him, Mr. Klein actively pursued real estate investments and rehabbing projects. Always a "People Person", Mr. Klein became licensed as an Affiliate Real Estate Broker in Tennessee in 2015 to help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
