Bernie Cohen

Bernie has 35 years of experience in sales and management. He was CEO of a fundraising/planning organization for 18 years, operated his own consulting firm and has been director of sales for a major manufacturer of skin care products He has sold real estate for the past 14 years, specializing in primary and secondary homes and investment properties as well as commecial properties in Atlantic County, New Jersey. He has sold widely on Absecon Island (Atlantic City, Ventnor, Longport and Margate), Brigantine as well as mainland areas of Linwood, Northfield, Somers Point, Mays Landing, Galloway and Egg Harbor Townships. Bernie is totally committed to meeting his clients needs with integrity and competence. Specialties Bernie is known for his outstanding communication skills. As part of his daily activity he talks to at least 10 new people in proactively marketing his clients' properties and in search of new clients, both buyers and sellers. He effectively partners with a team which includes a full service, nationally prominent mortgage company, an efficient title company, an incredible web back-up and support service. Bernie recently received the Accredited Buyers Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. In 2012 he became a member of he New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence and was named again in 2016, 2017 and 2018. He is a recently named "Zillow Master of Client Happiness" with the completion of his 50th review. He is a Zillow premier Agent and received Best of Zillow Awards for 2020 and 2021. He is immediate past president of the Atlantic County Board of Realtors and was named the 2018 Atlantic County Realtor of the Year. He is currently Vice-Chairman ofthe Equality Opprtunity and Cultural Diversity Committee of New Jersey Realtors (State Association).
