Bernice is the most strategic and professional realtor I've ever worked in the past. I interviewed 5 other local well-known realtors specialized in the Newport Beach / Costa Mesa area, but she excelled in every categories. She suggested the best timing to list instead of rushing. I purchased a home in Costa Mesa in 2018 with Bernice as my agent. Her service was excellent. We found the house I wanted within a week. I then listed the house with Bernice for a lease.
