Hands down, Bernice is the best in the business! I found her through Zillow when I decided to relocate to the Costa Mesa area from Northern California, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As a forever renter and a first-time homebuyer, I was anxious about the whole process, but Bernice took the time to explain everything to me and referred me to a fantastic mortgage broker. Buying during a time of high interest rates and low inventory was challenging, but Bernice's dedication truly shone through. Bernice is the most strategic and professional realtor I've ever worked in the past. I interviewed 5 other local well-known realtors specialized in the Newport Beach / Costa Mesa area, but she excelled in every categories. She suggested the best timing to list instead of rushing. She also helped me to set the market-sensitive listing price based on comps, market trends and analytics. It was not the highest listing price compared to other realtors suggested, but it was an excellent call. As a result, she created more traffic than I expected for open house. I ended up choosing the buyer she brought, and negotiated to the reasonable price in very short period of time. Again, her advice was based on data, not emotions.
