Bernard Babilonia

Bernard Babilonia was born and raised in New York City, and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1992. Bernard has been involved on the broker side, as well as the Real Estate development side, including a touch in the Billboard Advertising and the Motel/Hotel Industry. Bernard's true passion is Real Estate, and for this he has been awarded on several occasions as Realtor of The Year, Youngest Realtor of the Year and Board President. Bernard has a great appreciation for serving others and being candid with his clients. His desire to serve clients in the Rental, Buying, and Selling process in Real Estate has brought him to LG Fairmont to establish himself as a full time Real Estate Agent. Fluent in English and Spanish, Bernard is open to learn and listen about what people want on their Real Estate Journey, where prospects may start off in a rental, and through fostering a long term relationship, Bernard will find their first property to purchase or upgrade there rental apartment. You'll find Bernard to be an easy going guy, and at the same time, works with the upmost efficiency and professional manner with his clients and coworkers. During his off time you can catch Bernard riding bike or jogging in Central Park or the NYC pavement, or relaxing at home practicing Yoga. Other enjoyable activities are sipping coffee, reading a good book, or taking long drives to the countryside or beaches.
