John was awesome throughout the entire process. He helped us target the right price range and did a fantastic job marketing the house- insuring that anyone shopping knew it was out there. The marketing was so effective that we did not have a chance to do an open house. We had two days of very successful appointments with multiple bids and I feel strongly that John helped us get top dollar for our home. Every question that we had was answered within minutes and he made the selling process smooth. I heard many times from the buyer's realtor how impressed she was with John as well. We have bought and sold multiple homes and this was by far the best.

John was extremely polite, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband and I would highly recommend him! He knew we needed a house in a very short period of time and he was always able to work with our schedules. He always examined the pipes, water heaters, electric, cracks in the foundation, etc whenever he did a showing to help guide us in the decision making process.
