My husband and I had our home for sale by owner when we met Bent. He was looking at our house for a prospective buyer, who decided to purchase in a different area. He later approached us, making us an offer that was very reasonable for him to list our home for us. We accepted and he did not let us down. Bent is courteous, very professional, extremely patient and was a huge help to us. He not only sold our home with the first open house that he had, but also helped us to find a rental house while we build a new house, which he also helped us negotiate. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be disappointed.

We worked with Bent in moving from Connecticut to Florida. At the beginning he provided us with pertinent info for months prior to our visiting and then he took us to a lot of houses which helped us define our search and decide where we wanted to live. Then we looked at more houses in those targeted communities with Bent. All through the process Bent was helpful and cooperative. i really can't say enough about how helpful he was. The house we eventually bought was one he found himself (for sale by owner). He also was extremely helpful in negotiating the sale and the closing. His advice was critical and helpful in all phases of the transaction ...I would VERY highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house or any kind of property.
