My husband I had our home listed for sale by owner, as we have done successfully several times in the past, as our previous experiences with realtors had not been positive. When Bent came out to see our home for a client, he offered to list it for a rate that made it foolish for us not to give him the opportunity to sell it for us. He went above and beyond, not only when selling our home, but even more so with the hunt for our new home. He very patiently showed us many homes, was always on time, professional, courteous and helped us to not make hasty decisions that might have ended poorly. We can not say enough to convey our appreciation to him to make our transition a bit easier.

My husband and I had our home for sale by owner when we met Bent. He was looking at our house for a prospective buyer, who decided to purchase in a different area. He later approached us, making us an offer that was very reasonable for him to list our home for us. We accepted and he did not let us down. We worked with Bent in moving from Connecticut to Florida. At the beginning he provided us with pertinent info for months prior to our visiting and then he took us to a lot of houses which helped us define our search and decide where we wanted to live. Then we looked at more houses in those targeted communities with Bent. All through the process Bent was helpful and cooperative. i really can't say enough about how helpful he was. The house we eventually bought was one he found himself (for sale by owner). He also was extremely helpful in negotiating the sale and the closing.
