Benjamin Massie

Benjamin Massie has been working in real estate for over 6 years and has been involved with over 500 transactions. Massie worked in Richmond, Virginia for three years where he specialized in short sale negotiations with a 90 percent success rate. For the past three years he has been on Maui where he worked his way up to Broker-In-Charge at one firm, then opened his own firm as the Principal Broker. As the Broker-In-Charge, Massie launched the Rebuild Community Initiative, a nonprofit 501-C3 which is a nationally accredited organization through the United States Treasury as a Community Development Entity. The nonprofit supports affordable housing projects by incentivizing private investors with tax credits, as well as county, state and federal subsidies. Massie was a member of the National Rho Epsilon Real Estate Fraternity and received a BA in Commercial Real Estate and Urban Land Development at Virginia Commonwealth University. Ben embraces work with helping to revitalize developments which improve the economy, infrastructure and the daily lives of individuals who live and work in wonderful updated communities. Massie enjoys the Real Estate industry and has a strong passion to help others achieve their dreams. Ben helps buyers and sellers find and sell their properties with professional guidance, enthusiasm, thorough knowledge of the processes and attention to detail. Ben lives Upcountry and loves Maui as his home. When he's not working you can find him outdoors either in his garden or landscaping, as well as enjoying all the outdoor activities Maui has to offer from hiking to surfing and sailing to volleyball, basketball, football, soccer and tennis. Ben is also a bit of a foodie being that he was a chef for fourteen years and enjoys cooking for his friends and family with herbs, fruits and vegetables from his own backyard.
